Therapeutic philosophy: I believe every individual is beautiful in their own and has a unique story of how they got to be where they are in this moment. I blend client-centered/CBT/DBT and Solutions-focused approaches. I am non-judgmental, open-minded, will meet someone where they are at and help them achieve their goals.
Education: I attended University of California, Davis and majored in psychology. I received my graduate degree in Counseling from California State University, East Bay. I am currently enrolled in Arizona State University for their behavior analysis certificate program.
